During the registration process, we collect an individual's personal information (which may consist of a name, an address, phone numbers and an e-mail address), the church or organization that they represent and their choice of seminars. Individuals may also opt to not receive future mailings at this time. We may include an optional survey as part of the registration process.
Online registration is handled by SPORG. Their privacy policy can be found at https://www.sporg.com/corporate/privacy.jsp.
At the close of the conference, we collect evaluation information from individuals.
For churches & organizations, we collect contact information (which may consist of a name, an address, a phone number, an e-mail address and a contact person's name).
We do not share personal information with any third parties. We share evaluation information (anonymously) only with the seminar presenters to whom such information pertains.
For those who've opted to receive future mailings from us, we use personal information to inform individuals two or three times each year about the next TRAIN Conference. This information may be sent either electronically or through the mail. Individuals may opt-in or opt-out at any time.
We send similar information to churches, which may also opt-in or opt-out at any time.
We use personal information to contact individuals if there is a problem with their registration.
We use survey information and evaluation information to help us better plan future conferences.
Contact us if you'd like to know what personal information we have about you or if you'd like to make any changes to it (please provide us with both the old and the new information when doing this). For security reasons, we must be able to verify your identity before we can respond to such requests.
