The Information That We Collect

Individuals

During the registration process, we collect an individual's personal information (which may consist of a name, an address, phone numbers and an e-mail address), the church or organization that they represent and their choice of seminars. Individuals may also opt to not receive future mailings at this time. We may include an optional survey as part of the registration process.

Online registration is handled by SPORG. Their privacy policy can be found at http://www.sporg.com/corporate/privacy.jsp.

At the close of the conference, we collect evaluation information from individuals.

Churches & Organizations

For churches & organizations, we collect contact information (which may consist of a name, an address, a phone number, an e-mail address and a contact person's name).

We send similar information to churches, which may also opt-in or opt-out at any time.

We use personal information to contact individuals if there is a problem with their registration.

We use survey information and evaluation information to help us better plan future conferences.
